Step 3: Discovery Call & Design Proposal
Next, you’ll meet with one of our design experts to explore what’s possible for your outdoor space considering your goals, budget, and timeline. Then you’ll receive a detailed proposal outlining our 3-Step Design Process, projected schedule, and a design fee, typically starting at $3,200.
Step 4: Design Development
With your project officially underway, we’ll invite you to contribute inspiration on your personal online design board, helping us tune into your style and preferences. Next, we’ll visit your property to measure, photograph, and note any existing elements you’d like preserved. With these details in hand, we’ll start sketching early design concepts for your future landscape.
Step 5: Review Your Preliminary Design
Now for the exciting part—your first look at the vision we’ve created for your outdoor space. During a Zoom meeting with your designer, you’ll review the proposed layout, plant palette, and a preliminary build budget. We’ll gather your feedback and refine the details to ensure the final design aligns perfectly with your goals.
Step 6: Finalize Design + Prepare to Build
This is the moment when your design transitions from vision to reality. In a Zoom meeting, we’ll present the polished design and introduce you to the member of our construction team who will help oversee the transformation. You’ll receive a detailed Phase 1 Installation Proposal, including projected costs and schedule. Once you approve and submit your deposit, we’ll reserve your spot on our construction calendar and set the stage for building your new outdoor space.
Step 7: Building Your Outdoor Space
Once construction begins, our expert team takes care of everything—from sourcing materials and securing permits to scheduling and site preparation. Throughout the process, your dedicated Project Manager will provide regular updates and be available to answer questions, ensuring you’re informed and confident as your design comes to life.
Step 8: Final Walkthrough + Maintenance Planning
Your project concludes with a personal walkthrough of your finished landscape, ensuring every element reflects your vision. You’ll learn how to nurture your space as it grows, and we’ll share how our expert maintenance team can help safeguard its beauty so it continues to thrive for seasons to come.
